How can you demonstrate why you deserve a better package? Keep a Record of the Ways in Which You Are the Model Employee for the Better Package

If you are frequently on the receiving end of "atta-boy" or "atta-girl" e-mails, print them out and keep them in a safe place. In addition to providing a pick-me-up for when you might be feeling blue, these e-mails will be important evidence when you make a case for yourself for getting a better package.
